Este trabajo presenta una evaluación de las complejidades de los sonidos del género meꞌphaa (tlapaneco), un conjunto de variedades lingüísticas muy relacionadas que se hablan en el sur de México y que forman una rama particular de la gran familia otomangue. Varios elementos presentan desafíos; estos se presentan detalladamente.
This paper presents an assessment of the complexities of the sounds of the Meꞌphaa (Tlapanecan) genus, a cluster of closely related language varieties spoken in southern Mexico that form a separate branch of the large Otomanguean family. Various facts present challenges; these are discussed in detail.
