Esta gramática de la lengua otomí utiliza términos no demasiado técnicos para describir la variante de la sierra que se habla en el pueblos de San Antonio el Grande y de San Gregorio, municipio de Huehuetla, Hidalgo, México. Los temas gramaticales incluyen una descripción de los tipos del discurso otomí y de la estructura de la oración, tanto como las categorías gramaticales, sobre todo los verbos y sus complementos. Las descripciones se ilustran por frases y oraciones analizadas. Los apéndices dan listas de verbos que corresponden a las distintas conjugaciones. También incluye una bibliografía.

This grammar of the Otomí language uses relatively non-technical terminology to describe the Eastern Highland variety of Otomí that is spoken in the towns of San Antonio el Grande and San Gregorio, municipality of Huehuetla, Hidalgo, Mexico. Topics covered include a description of the types of Otomí discourse and the sentence structure, as well as the parts of speech, especially the verbs and their complements. The descriptions are illustrated by analyzed phrases and sentences. The appendices give lists of verbs by conjugation type. A bibliography is also included.
